.Delivery & pickup:
We offer a comprehensive, punctual and flexible delivery service to all the major resort towns in Lanzarote, as well as some rural locations popular with road cyclists. Delivery and pick up can be arranged at a time that suits you best so you can get on with your days worry free.
Customer ‘helpline’ & callout:
We take great care ensuring our bikes are expertly maintained and in perfect working order before every hire.
However, if you experience any difficulties give us a quick call and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues promptly and get you back on the road again as soon as possible.
Sizing & fitting:
We aim to provide a tool-free service, so before booking, check out our sizing guide to select an appropriate frame size for the type of bike you want. When booking, we’ll ask you to provide us with your height(s) with the option to include three dimensions taken from your own bike to allow us to set your bike before you arrive. But don’t worry, we always give you the opportunity to test the setup and we can make minor adjustments to ensure you’re safe and comfortable before your first ride.
Maps & route advice:
We want you to experience the very best of Lanzarote’s roads, so we’ve produced our very own custom road cycling routes to download to your navigation device – eTours – that we keep right up to date.
These are downloadable in GPX format to give maximum compatibility with popular navigation devices, and apps like Google MyMaps that enable you to use mobile phones for stress-free navigation.
In addition, we have our custom cycling road map that were happy to give you when we deliver your bike and spend some time pointing out all the best roads and routes for you to enjoy.

As always we’ll make this map available in hard copy when we deliver as part of our customary heads up on any new problem areas to avoid, ideas of gradients, favourite climbs, places of interest, café stops and weather conditions.

Take a look at our price list to see what we offer in the way of add-ons. Helmets and pedals are available and if you prefer to bring your own saddle, please let us know and we’ll be happy to fit it for you.
Please note we require our customers to use cycling shoes with cleats for all our bikes*.
*excluding our Flat-bar road bikes which come with flat pedals as standard, inclusive of the quoted price.
Other types of footwear are not recommended and we do not provide flat or toe-clips pedals.
